INFLIGHT SUPPLIES ATTENDANT

This role reports to the Inflight Supplies Coordinator and is responsible for ensuring all approved Fiji Airways and Fiji Link inflight products, catering and equipment are maintained to Fiji Airways standards for continuous delivery of quality customer service and operational performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Adheres to all Safety and Sanitization guidelines as outlined in company documents.
• Facilitates pre-departure checks to ensure aircraft cabin dressed to Fiji Airways standards and all meals, beverages and other supplies are loaded and sufficiently stocked for each flight.
• Daily preparation of flight sets, sanitization of rotable amenities and preparation of on-board hygiene kits.
• Acts as the liaison between crew and the catering service provider and/or the ground handler before authorising any additional requests.
• Assists with the daily transfer of carts, cabin amenities and dry stores trolleys to ATS for departures as well as monitor arrival of carts after each flight.
• Prepares and completes a details flight departure report at the end of each departure/shift.
• Responsible for the operational maintenance and safe keeping of Inflight Supplies vehicles and any other equipment.
• Ensures continuous compliance with safety, security and other operational requirements as indicated in company documents and other regulatory authorities at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Must have a year 13 pass or equivalent tertiary qualification
• Must have a valid Group 2 and Group 6 driver's license
• Must be physically fit
• To have attained a HACCP accreditation would be an advantage
• To hold a current Dangerous Goods Level 1 Certificate would be an advantage
• Must have at least 4 years of experience in an operational and/or service environment
• Must be able to work with minimum supervision
