INFLIGHT WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT

This role reports to the Inflight Supplies Coordinator and is responsible for facilitating the preparation and movement of approved dry stores, cabin amenities and bar items in accordance with standard operating procedures which contribute to the overall continuous delivery of quality customer service and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Adheres to all safety and sanitization processes as outlined in company documents.
• Responsible for the replenishment of dry store galley boxes/carts/drawers, cabin amenities and bar carts to ensure all FJ flights are restocked/replenished as per galley loading manuals.
• Assists in the physical movement and storage of inflight stores consignments.
• Assists in ensuring accurate and punctual delivery and retrieval of flight sets between Warehouse locations, the ATS Catering facility, and other specified destinations.
• Conduct daily stock movement reconciliation to maintain optimal stock levels and identify any potential stock shortages.
• Carries out daily maintenance tasks, fogging, washing and hygiene upkeep/sanitisation of bar carts, service equipment, motorized vehicles, dry store units and the warehouse.
• Monitors and ensures compliance with safety, security and other operational requirements set by Fiji Airways / Fiji Link and regulatory authorities at the warehouse at all times.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Must have a Year 13 pass or equivalent tertiary qualification.
• To hold a valid Group 2 Fiji driver's license would be an added advantage.
• Must be physically fit.
• Previous work experience in an operations or service environment would be an advantage.
• Must be able to work shift patterns and flexible working hours including weekends and public holidays.
• Must be proficient in using MS Office applications.
