Fiji Airways is looking to recruit passionate individual(s) for the role of Premier Service Associate to facilitate exceptional customer service to traveling Premiers and Tabua Club members ensuring that their needs and requests are met with the highest standards prior to travel, during check-in and upon arrival.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Initiates and follows through communication with traveling Premiers and Tabua Club Members prior, during and after their travel to ensure that Fiji Airways meets or exceeds customer service expectations.

Meets, greets and escorts customers from curb side through terminal facilities, Premier Lounge, aircraft door and domestic transfer, ensuring customers have a seamless and exceptional experience.

Carries out pre-flight checks for travelling Premier customers and Tabua Club members within Fiji Airways / Fiji Link policies and procedures.

Appraises and complies with safety, security and Fiji Airways / Fiji Link operational requirements as well as requirements in place by other regulatory authorities at all times.

Collaborates with airport authority and other stakeholders to proactively meet travelling Premier customers and Tabua Club member's needs and expectations and/or special handling requests and mitigate customer service challenges.

Applies a consistent exceptional standard of diplomacy, discretion and integrity at all times with passenger information and requests.

Complies with the prescribed minimum service standards for the Premier Services Team.

Facilitates and seeks guidance when appropriate for service recovery actions arising from Premier customers and Tabua Club member's complaints and dissatisfaction within company guidelines.

Prepares and submits detailed reports of Premier cardholders and Tabua Club Members facilitated during the shift and aids in daily function of operations and potential disruptions as and when required.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 5 years in Hospitality and/or Airline industry.

To have functional knowledge of Amadeus Altea applications is an advantage.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with strong organizational and analytical skills.

Exceptional customer service and hospitality inclination.

Strong organisational and problem solving skills.

Team player with professional personal presentation.
