Uniforms & Customer Experience Special Projects Coordinator
The Uniforms & Customer Experience Projects Coordinator oversees the full administration and management of all company uniforms. The role also supports the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of customer facing experiences across Fiji Airways. It contributes to a wide range of initiatives across the customer journey, including frontline presentation, Duty Free retail, and operational and administrative enhancements.
This cross functional position requires strong attention to detail, organisation, and effective collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver seamless, brand aligned, high quality products and services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Uniform Management
- Coordinate and administer all company uniform needs.
- Act as main contact for staff uniform queries, sizing, replacements, and schedules.
- Manage uniform orders through approved procurement channels.
- Oversee end to end issuance for onboarding, replacements, and exits.
- Handle logistics: receipt, storage, distribution, returns, consignments.
- Maintain accurate stock records, lifecycle tracking, and minimum stock levels.
- Manage stockroom standards, stocktakes, and discrepancy reconciliations.
- Identify and escalate operational risks.
- Support compliance with policies and audit requirements.
Cabin Crew Service & Grooming
- Support uniform, grooming, and presentation standards for frontline teams.
- Contribute to design input, research, supplier liaison, wear testing, and staff feedback collection.
- Collaborate with People & Performance, Training, and Service Quality teams to ensure grooming standards are embedded in onboarding, training, and performance evaluation processes.
Duty Free & Retail Product Development
- Assist with Duty Free sales administration, reporting, and product management.
- Collaborate on product selection, pricing, branding, and seasonal updates.
- Monitor sales performance and support revenue driving initiatives.
- Support inventory coordination and product lifecycle activities.
Others
- Continuously improve products and services using customer insights.
- Help drive the new World Class standards, implementation and delivery across all areas.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree, Diploma or Certification in Management, Business Administration, Customer Experience, project management, hospitality OR at least 3 years work experience in a similar role.
- Exposure to customer-facing operations such as cabin crew, ground services, lounge operations, or hotel/retail environments.
- Experience in project coordination-assisting with timelines, vendor communications, and implementation support.
- Experience in inventory management within a warehouse, retail, logistics, or supply chain environment.
- Familiarity with uniform programs, grooming standards, or staff presentation policies is advantageous.
- Experience in Duty Free/retail, merchandise, or product selection is a plus.
- Background in auditing, training support, or compliance related to service delivery or standards is helpful.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external vendors/suppliers.
