Customer Experience Projects Coordinator

Fiji Airways is seeking a Customer Experience Projects Coordinator to lead key initiatives across our guest journey - with a strong focus on frontline grooming and uniform standards, Duty Free programme, and service enhancements both on the ground and in the air. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

      In this dynamic role, you'll:

  • Lead and collaborate with teams to elevate grooming, uniforms, and presentation standards.
  • Assist with Duty Free product development and retail strategy.
  • Coordinate and support exciting customer-focused projects.
  • Help design and implement new products and services.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • A Degree, Diploma or Certification in Management, Business Administration, Customer Experience, project management, hospitality or at least 3 years in customer experience, hospitality, or project coordination.
  • Exposure to customer-facing operations such as cabin crew, ground services, lounge operations, or hotel/retail environments.
  • Experience in project coordination-assisting with timelines, vendor communications, and implementation support.
  • Familiarity with uniform programs, grooming standards, or staff presentation policies is advantageous.
  • Experience in Duty Free/retail, merchandise, or product selection is a plus.
  • Background in auditing, training support, or compliance related to service delivery or standards is helpful.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external vendors/suppliers.
