As the Premier Lounge Concierge at our award-winning lounge at Nadi International Airport, you'll be the warm welcome that sets the tone for an exceptional travel experience. From greeting guests to managing lounge access and supporting daily operations, you'll ensure every moment is seamless and memorable.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Deliver top-tier service and personalized assistance to guests.

Manage lounge access and uphold service standards.

Support reservations, upgrades, and flight rebookings.

Handle payments, invoicing, and daily sales reporting.

Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the guest journey.

Maintain a polished, welcoming lounge environment.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Must have a Year 13 Pass OR a Year 12 Pass with 3 years of work experience in customer service, marketing or in the service industry.

Must be computer literate.

Previous experience with Microsoft office suite of products (excel, word) would be an added advantage.

A well-developed understanding of UYS superior customer service principles would be an advantage.

Ability to do shift work and flexible with working hours.

Well-groomed and high standard of personal presentation.
