Tabua Club Assistant
The primary role of the Tabua Club Assistant is to support the Tabua Club team in delivering excellent customer service to members. This entry-level position involves assisting with day-to-day communications, maintaining member records, and helping ensure that service standards are met. The Tabua Club Assistant will contribute to a positive member experience through friendly, professional service and by supporting team initiatives that promote loyalty and retention.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide day-to-day support via phone, email, and administrative tasks, ensuring timely and professional responses.

Meet and maintain Minimum Service Standards as outlined in the Service Quality guidelines.

Deliver friendly and professional service to Tabua Club members with a focus on understanding and responding to basic member needs.

Assist with maintaining and updating member records in the database.

Stay informed about Tabua Club products and processes and keep reference materials up to date.

Support the team by gathering basic feedback from members and logging observations for service and product improvements.

Help ensure that the Tabua Club website information is current by reporting outdated content to the appropriate team.

Support the logging and communication of updates during disruptions as directed by senior team members.

Assist with basic membership sales support and service renewals, including occasional upselling under supervision.

Communicate confirmed product or process updates to internal stakeholders as directed.

Perform general administrative tasks or projects assigned by the team leader or supervisor.

Record and escalate member complaints to senior team members for investigation and resolution.

Uphold service excellence by following internal guidelines and incorporating Uplifting service principles in daily tasks.

Participate in team discussions around member feedback and service observations.

Work effectively with other departments and external contacts as needed, with guidance and support.

Compile all back up documents such as payment confirmation and purchase orders accurately and file in appropriate folders for Tabua Club agents to use towards processing DSR & invoicing.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Minimum Form 7 pass or Diploma in Business, Admin or Marketing.

Minimum 3 years' experience in an administrative role.

Experience in the Reservations and/or Sales fields for Fiji Airways will be an advantage.

Proven customer service mindset.
