Trainee Pilot - Fiji Link
Fiji Link is seeking qualified and experienced applicants for an exciting opportunity. As part of the Trainee Pilot Program, you will initially serve as a Cruise Relief Pilot on the Airbus A330/A350 for two years and then progress to First Officer on the DHC6-400, followed by advancement to the ATR72.
This role reports to the Manager Flight Operations and the Trainee Pilot is responsible to the Pilot in Command and First Officer
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Trainee Pilot will:

Will carry out such duties as may be required of him/her under normal airline practice to assist in the safe and efficient conduct of the flight.

Carry out all commands and requests as directed by the Captain or First Officer

Inform the Pilot in command immediately if he/she believes a flight is being handled improperly or placed in jeopardy.

Draw the Captain's attention to any particular factor that may have been overlooked by the Captain or First Officer

Efficiently execute all technical duties in the aircraft as set out in the appropriate operations manuals.

Provide the appropriate support to the Captain or First Officer in the event of incapacitation of the Captain or First Officer.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

A valid Fiji Commercial Pilot License (or higher)

A current Class 1 Medical Certificate

A Multi-Engine Instrument Rating
-
Frozen ATPL
-
A minimum of 200 hours of Flight Time including;
-
100 hours of Pilot in Command
-
20 hours Instrument Time at least 15 hours of which is Instrument Flight Time
-
5 hours of Night Flight Time
