Welcome oneworld partners!

This week marked a first for oneworld Alliance, and a proud moment for Fiji Airways.

Senior leaders from across the alliance gathered in Fiji for oneworld’s management meeting, hosted by Fiji Airways.

We welcomed our partners with a meke and traditional kava ceremony, time with our people, and a chance to stand on our shoreline and plant mangroves through our Every Take-off, One Tree programme

More than 101,000 mangroves have been planted across Fiji since 2017, and having our oneworld partners get involved made this one particularly meaningful.

For Fiji Airways, hosting this meeting was a chance to bring our global partners into our home, introduce them to the people and culture behind our airline, and show them the work we’re doing to protect the islands we’re proud to call home.
